Christmas Tree Decorations is one of my fun, original, Christmas singing games! It was written for a Christmas Music Games Workshop. This was presented in Brisbane City Council Libraries. For more information go to Miss Mon’s Music Games Workshops
In this Pack there are Instructions for four different versions of this Singing Game. There are two easy versions and two more advanced versions. There are also creative ideas included to extend students and children.
In the original game, children are standing in a line, representing the Christmas tree. The person who is ‘up’ is pretending to count the number of decorations on their tree.
This version is suitable for older children eg 7 – 8 years of age. The easy versions are suitable for children aged 5 – 8 yrs. Some children who are younger may also be able to do the easy version.
To play the game, the song is repeated 5 times, so there is an extended version of the 3 mp3’s available. Children can learn the song using the normal mp3’s. Once they know the song they can play the game using the extended version mp3’s.
